– Ensure campaigns don’t just look good – they perform. You’ll own the results and constantly look for ways to improve our content, events and outreach campaigns.
– Manage and mentor the Campaign Success team – helping them grow, stay motivated, and deliver best-in-class work.
– Oversee the day-to-day campaign activity across multiple clients – ensuring timelines, budgets and KPIs are smashed.
– Be the glue between strategy, creative, content and delivery – making sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
– Spot upsell opportunities within existing accounts – and know how to present new ideas that get buy-in.
– Support on new business pitches and proposals – bringing your strategic brain and marketing know-how to the table.
– Contribute to our own agency growth – from sharpening our services to helping us show up brilliantly in the market.
– You’ve led senior client relationships in an agency or B2B marketing environment – and you know how to make clients LOVE working with you.
– You understand the full marketing mix – especially content, campaigns, lead gen and events – and can guide others to deliver outstanding results.
– You’re comfortable being both a strategist and a do-er. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
– You’ve got a commercial mindset – always thinking about results, ROI and where we (and our clients) can grow.
– You’re a confident communicator, natural leader, and brilliant collaborator.
– Experience working with B2B tech, SaaS, ecommerce or similar industries = major bonus.
– Ideally, you’ve had a hand in new business or account growth before – whether through pitching, proposals or proactive thinking.
