Your Role

As our Office and Marketing Assistant you will be the go-to person for all things Street! Reporting to the Head of Agency Marketing you will work across various areas of the business along with our Founder directly. This is the ideal role for anyone looking for their first step into the agency world and could lead to development into many areas of our business.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills, exceptional time management skills.

Core objective

This is a varied and dynamic role; no two days will be the same. Your core objectives will be to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the Street agency office. Deliver proactive and comprehensive support to our Founder and be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of internal marketing activities working directly with our Head of Marketing.

Key duties and core responsibilities

PA responsibilities

Diary management and the coordination of day-to-day scheduling, including the ability to anticipate, identify and resolve potential issues and respond to last-minute changes.

Travel planning, organising and management, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics.

Extensive email management, including the ability to manage incoming emails, forward them to the appropriate parties, take necessary actions, keep the inbox organised, and track replies/responses.

Task management, including maintaining a central task list for the Founder, capturing and owning actions to completion.

Some errand running and management of personal tasks, ensuring that all matters are handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Marketing Administration & support responsibilities

Website management, including regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

LinkedIn management, including the implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, regular updates, and community engagement.

Active engagement on various social media channels, with a focus on building a strong presence and fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders.

Booking podcast guests, including identifying potential guests, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics.

Booking our Founder onto events and podcasts, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and professional manner.

Sending bios and headshots to individuals and organisations with whom we collaborate.

Venue booking, including research, negotiation, and coordination of event logistics.

Researching marketing opportunities, staying abreast of current trends and identifying opportunities to expand our reach and impact.

Keeping up-to-date with current industry news, including identifying emerging trends and opportunities to enhance our offerings.

People Administration

Manage our associate directory, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Support on associate attraction and recruitment activities, arranging interviews and helping to coordinate the recruitment process.

New starter onboarding, including managing the induction process, setting up new hires with necessary equipment and access, and ensuring they receive adequate support during their probationary period.

HR administration, working closely with our outsourced HR team to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including contracts, benefits, and performance management.

Operations Administration

Financial administration, including managing invoices, expense reports, and other financial records, and coordinating with external partners such as accountants and auditors as needed.
Team logistics coordination, ensuring that team members have the resources they need to work effectively, including managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with event planning and logistics.

Management of team technology systems, including overseeing software licences, managing hardware and software inventory, and providing technical support to team members as needed.

Management of office meeting rooms, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring that rooms are set up properly and equipped with necessary technology, and managing any issues or conflicts that arise.
