New Business Campaign Manager



We’re looking for a New Business Campaign Manager to join us at Street, where you’ll work alongside the team to deliver outstanding campaigns and outreach programmes, that get the attention of our client’s prospects and helps them attract and win new clients.

We feel this role would ideally suit someone working in Sales & Marketing within an Agency, however, we are happy to look at other experience and sectors.

Key Results

You will achieve this through:

  • Delivering e-mail and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Delivering Lead Gen events
  • Building strong relationships with clients and leading the accounts success
  • Sourcing data through our intelligent insights platforms to power your campaigns
  • Develop and run campaigns using market leading Marketing automation platforms (Hubspot & Kulea)
  • Crafting journeys for leads to help increase prospect’s leadscore and engagement
  • Producing reports for our clients on how their campaigns are performing
  • Becoming an expert in our clients’ brand, industry, competitors and audience
  • Working seamlessly with other strategists, campaign managers and creatives
  • Ensuring accounts are well managed and administered
  • Ensuring as an agency we deliver on our promises and deliver great work
  • Booking all important meetings with brands and businesses for our clients
  • Learning from experienced colleagues

Core Areas of Work

There will be some flex between these areas as per the requirements of the agency, but core areas of work will be:

Primary:

Client Marketing – Campaigns & Events

Organising and delivering successful campaigns and events for our clients, this will include the writing and development of assets as well as sourcing speakers and post event comms

Client Marketing – Marketing automation

Learn about and use our Marketing automation platforms (predominantly Kulea & Hubspot) to send out campaigns and develop seamless journeys that engages and builds relationships with prospects

Client Marketing – Copywriting

To independently produce content for our client’s campaigns, marketing outreach, prospecting tactics and events

Client Marketing – Data

Use the platforms available to you to source data for campaigns and ensure it is used and kept up to date in a compliant way

Client Marketing – CRM

Use the clients CRM to organise opportunities and leads, input data and communications

Client Marketing – Reporting

Keeping clients up to date with how the campaigns are performing and where leads are coming from through reports and spreadsheets

Client Relationships

Build a strong working relationship with the clients that you work with

Secondary:

Street Marketing – Events

Helping to source speakers for our own events and podcast

Street Asset Creation / Blog / Social Media output

Delivering assets and collateral for our agency marketing
