Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Campaign Success Manager to join our growing marketing agency. As a Junior Campaign Success Manager, you will work alongside our experienced team of sales, marketers and strategists to support the delivery of campaigns for our clients.

This weighting of different areas within this job description may change over time, depending on the areas of agency success, where you excel and the balance of the team. Core objective

Your core objective will be to help the day to day running of client campaigns to ‘help the businesses we work with attract new clients, and do the same for Street’.

Key Results

You will achieve this through:

Helping to bring campaigns and content to life by helping to develop and implement campaign ideas and tactics
Identifying people and researching audiences for prospecting
Sourcing data through the available data platforms and using it in a compliant way.
Using our Marketing automation platforms to set up email campaigns and journeys
Maintaining and updating campaign plans and documentation.
Produce reports and spreadsheets for our clients on how their campaigns are performing and tracking against our KPIs
keeping client’s CRM and pipelines up to date
Supporting the strategy team with specific market and client research
Having a good understanding of our clients’ business and their objectives/targets
Building strong relationships with clients and presenting ideas to them
Ensuring as an agency we deliver on our promises and deliver great work
Learning from experienced colleagues
Keeping up to date with current industry news, keeping an eye out of opportunities

Core Areas of Work
There will be some flex between these areas as per the requirements of the agency, but core areas of work will be:

Primary:

Client- Campaigns & Events
Assisting the Campaign Success Managers in organising and delivering successful campaigns and events for our clients. This will include helping to source speakers, selecting the right prospects to communicate with and the writing and development of assets for campaigns, as well and post-event comms

Client – Marketing automation
Learn our Marketing automation platforms to send out campaigns and develop seamless journeys for prospects

Client – Data
Use the platforms available to you to source data for campaigns and ensure it is used and kept up to date in a compliant way as well as cleansing the database to keep it up to date with relevant prospects

Client – CRM
Use the clients CRM to organise opportunities and leads, input data and communications and update pipelines

Client – Reporting
Keeping the Campaign Success Managers up to date with how the campaigns are performing, where leads are coming from through reports and spreadsheets

Client – Research
Conduct market research to help the Campaign Success Managers write relevant content for campaigns, as well as researching audiences and prospects, giving clients an insight and knowledge into key prospects

Client – Ideas
Using research and keeping up to date with industry news, come up with ideas on how to improve campaigns, or suggest new opportunities for clients based on their service offering

Client – Creation
Write copy for our clients, from blogs, insight articles, event write ups, award entries, case studies, press releases and website copy. This may also include looking after the client’s social media platform.

Responsibilities and Activities

Assisting in the development and execution of campaign strategies for new and existing clients.
To QA campaigns prior to deployment
Coordinating and executing various sales & marketing activities and tactics, including creating a range of content for our clients
Sourcing and cleansing data from available platforms to ensure campaigns are informed and targeted to the right audience
managing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
Assist in the development of presentations for clients
Write SEO friendly content
Use platforms such as ALF to research industry news to produce relevant content =
Assisting with the organisation and execution of client events and Street events.
Maintaining and updating campaign plans and documentation.
Supporting the production of reports, notes and spreadsheets to track campaign performance.
Participating in agency brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
