This newly created Content Developer/Designer role will be instrumental in helping us to deliver our newest and most exciting initiative to date.

A multi-functional role which may change over time, dependent on growth areas, where you excel and the balance of the team. The role is best suited to a creative that thrives working in a fast paced environment, shooting/creating content, as well as editing, to accurately reflect the brand.

Core objective

Your core objective will be to create on-brand, multi-channel content for both our own marketing and for distribution to our agency clients. The content created as part of this role will directly empower our agency clients to grow by developing the skills they need to attract and win new business.

Key Results

You will achieve this through:

  • Creating social graphics, value posts, audiograms, videograms, slideshows
  • Cutting video clips from interviews, podcasts, webinars and presentations
  • Developing motion graphics for intros and outros for all of the above
  • Designing presentation material
  • Setting design themes and other general design tasks
  • Transcribing content from some of the video content we create
  • Working seamlessly with other team members and learning from experienced colleagues
  • Ensuring we deliver on our promises and deliver great work

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent knowledge of photography/videography within the digital domain
  • Experience with industry standard editing tools and asset management software
  • Specifically a good working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of latest brand, design, advertising and digital techniques
  • Able to conceive and drive strategic, tactical (and creative) content ideas
  • Have a sound knowledge of the evolving nature of social media
  • Strong writing skills
  • Must have good communication and people skills
  • Ability to multi-task while showing commitment to detail
  • Must have commitment to deadlines and be open to flexible working hours
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Amiable with a strong ethical code
  • Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
  • An ever-growing understanding of marketing techniques
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time extremely well
