As Client Growth Director at Street you will be working across a range of different clients, industries and projects. You will work alongside the team to help find and unlock new opportunities to attract and win new clients for our clients.

Core objective

Your core objective will be to ‘help the agencies we work with engage with, and attract new clients’

You are responsible for making sure the client’s value proposition is always represented in our campaigns and comms, as well as crafting and delivering the content for these with the support of the rest of the Street team.

You will be responsible for the Campaign Success Management Team, and will have a team of 4 reporting into you.

Key Results

You will achieve this through:

  • Fully understanding our client’s business and their objectives/targets
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Dealing with client management and coming up with suitable suggestions to appease situations
  • Becoming an expert in our clients’ brand, industry, competitors and audience
  • Coming up with winning strategies and tactical ideas
  • Crafting journeys to help increase pipeline and meetings
  • Working seamlessly with our Client Success Managers, and Strategists
  • Ensuring accounts are well managed and administrated
  • Presenting reports to clients based on their KPIs
  • Ensuring as an agency we deliver on our promises and deliver great work
  • Learning from experienced colleagues

Core Areas of Work

There will be some flex between these areas as per the requirements of the agency, but core areas of work will be:

Primary:

Client Management

Having a strong relationship with our clients, with regular contact and being able to suggest solutions to problems

Client Strategy

Creating a strategy for clients and devising plans to achieve their KPIs

Client Campaigns

Ensuring successful delivery of campaigns in terms of achieving results for our clients

Client Reporting

Keeping KPIs in check to ensure we are doing all that we can for our client in delivering results

Internal relationships

Working seamlessly with our Client Success Managers to unlock the best opportunities for our clients

Secondary:

Street New business   

Generating new relationships with potential clients for Street and writing proposals for prospects and attending new business meetings

Street Training & Events

Co-delivering successful training and events for Street

Street Asset Creation / Blog / Social Media output

Delivering assets and collateral for our agency marketing

Responsibilities and Activities

  • To spot opportunities where our agency can help clients achieve their goals
  • To develop and grow strong relationships with existing clients
  • To create new relationships with potential clients
  • To excellently present ideas to clients
  • To assist in running client planning meetings
  • To create strategic proposals
  • To write and/or edit briefs, driving the standard of our internal agency briefs – and provide strong verbal briefings
  • To create quotes as required
  • To balance profitability with quality in delivery of work
  • To oversee the health of client accounts, escalating where there are issues that need raising and remedying
  • To produce contact reports/notes and follow up emails as required
  • To help write proposals for new business and conduct new business meetings
