Your Role
As Client Delivery Manager at Street you will be working across a range of different clients, industries and projects. You will work with the team to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and retainers, managing the logistics and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Core objective
Your core objective will be to help the businesses we work with attract and retain new clients. To achieve this you will partner with our Campaign Success Management Team, and be the driving force behind the delivery of our projects, events, campaigns and retainers.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything stays on track by meticulously managing timelines, crafting detailed project plans, resources and conducting thorough product analyses. And when obstacles inevitably arise, you’ll be the one to spot them, call them out, and keep our team informed every step of the way.
At the end of the day, you’ll be the linchpin that helps us deliver happiness to our clients by allowing them to achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
Key Results
You will achieve this through:
Taking the time to fully understand each client’s business, objectives, and targets, so that you can develop thorough project plans that deliver results.
Building strong collaborative relationships with our Client Success Managers and Strategists becoming the go-to person, always ready with helpful suggestions to solve any challenges that arise, working seamlessly to ensure that every aspect of our clients’ accounts is well-managed and administered.
Presenting detailed production reports based on budget and time demonstrating the productivity of our work and keeping the team informed every step of the way.
Ensuring that we always deliver, setting expectations from the outset while providing open and constant and consistent communications with all parties to delight our clients and exceed their expectations.
Engaging with experienced colleagues to learn and develop yourself while adding value to the team by sharing your own insights.
Core Areas of Work
There will be some flex between these areas as per the requirements of the agency, but core areas of work will be:
Having a strong relationship with our teams, with regular communication and being able to suggest solutions to problems so they are fully informed on all aspects of the project to support the Client Success Managers.
Ownership, management and upkeep of all production related documentation and project management tools / platforms.
Ensuring successful delivery of all work, management of resources, budgets and planning.
Keeping the project, campaign or event deliverables in check to ensure we are doing all that we can for our client in delivering results.
Working seamlessly with our Client Success Managers to unlock the most valuable process and delivery methods for our clients.
Responsible for all the logistical elements of running and hosting an event and ownership of the project plan. To include the pre-event activities such as booking of venue, co-ordination of speakers etc to the on the day logistics to the post event campaign work.
Responsibilities and Activities
Spotting risks and blockers, and using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions that keep our projects on track and our clients happy.
Assisting in running client planning meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to help ensure that our projects are well-planned and well-executed.
Running and managing client meetings, crafting detailed agendas and driving outcomes that help move our projects forward and keep our clients satisfied.
Balancing profitability with quality in the delivery of our work, always striving to deliver exceptional results while ensuring that we’re meeting our financial targets.
Overseeing the health of our client accounts, proactively identifying and escalating any issues that need addressing and working with our team to find solutions.
Producing detailed contact and impact reports/ notes, following up with clients as required to ensure that we’re always meeting their needs and expectations.
Identify and implement new methods or processes to shorten the delivery cycle, ensure efficiency and reduce production costs.
To ensure that the team is focused on the outcome of each project to meet requirements that define the successful outcome.
To ensure that the team is continually improving in their way of working to streamline working practices.
To manage risks, budgets and people throughout the duration of a project.
Ability to review and bring new ways of working in regards to current organisational processes.

A deep understanding of marketing techniques, and a keen awareness of the agency landscape and market to meet our clients’ needs.
Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to conceive and drive strategic, tactical, and creative ideas for clients.
Minimum of 5 years proven project management.
Experience of creative projects, events and/ or campaigns.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines.
A fast learner with an ambitious, committed, and curious mindset, always eager to explore the latest brand, design, advertising, and digital techniques.
Working with tools such as Monday, Google workspaces, Slack and Hubspot is desirable and will give you an edge in your application.
