As a Campaign Assistant at Street you will be working across a range of different clients, industries and projects. You will work alongside the team (predominantly the Campaign Success Managers) to help us win and deliver best-in-class strategic work for (predominantly) agencies and (occasionally) end clients.

This weighting of different areas within this job description may change over time, dependent on the areas of agency success, where you excel and the balance of the team. Core objective

Your core objective will be to ‘help the agencies we work with attract new clients, and do the same for Street’.

Key Results

You will achieve this through:

  • Assisting the Campaign Success Managers in delivering campaigns and events
  • Identifying people to target based on the client’s value proposition
  • Sourcing relevant speakers for client events
  • Sourcing data through the available data platforms
  • Researching audiences for prospecting
  • Using data in a compliant way and cleansing it to ensure it’s up to date
  • Using our Marketing automation platform
  • Setting up email campaigns
  • Setting up the journeys that have been created in our marketing automation to help increase prospect’s leadscore
  • Produce reports and spreadsheets for our clients on how their campaigns are performing
  • Providing clients with insights on prospects
  • Updating client CRM and pipelines
  • Performing market research
  • Working seamlessly with other strategists, campaign managers and creatives
  • Focusing on campaign performance and coming up with new ideas on how to improve campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with current industry news, keeping an eye out of opportunities
  • Researching areas of opportunities for clients based on the services they offer
  • Ensuring as an agency we deliver on our promises and deliver great work

Core Areas of Work

There will be some flex between these areas as per the requirements of the agency, but core areas of work will be:


Client Marketing – Campaigns & Events

Assisting the Campaign Success Managers in organising and delivering successful campaigns and events for our clients. This will include helping to source speakers, selecting the right prospects to communicate with and the writing and development of assets for campaigns, as well and post event comms

Client Marketing – Marketing automation

Learn our Marketing automation platform to send out campaigns and develop seamless journeys for prospects

Client Marketing – Data

Use the platforms available to you to source data for campaigns and ensure it is used and kept up to date in a compliant way as well as cleansing the database to keep it up to date with relevant prospects

Client Marketing – CRM

Use the clients CRM to organise opportunities and leads, input data and communications and update pipelines

Client Marketing – Reporting

Keeping the Campaign Success Managers up to date with how the campaigns are performing, where leads are coming from through reports and spreadsheets

Client Marketing – Research

Conduct market research to help the Campaign Success Managers write relevant content for campaigns, as well as researching audiences and prospects, giving clients an insight and knowledge into key prospects

Client Marketing – Ideas

Using research and keeping up to date with industry news, come up with ideas on how to improve campaigns, or suggest new opportunities for clients based on their service offering


Street Marketing – Events

Helping to source speakers for our own events and podcast using the knowledge of previous speakers the agency has used for clients

Street Asset Creation / Blog / Social Media output

Delivering assets and collateral for our agency marketing

Responsibilities and Activities

  • To use marketing automation to set up new business campaigns for clients
  • To check the campaigns before they are sent out for typos or mistakes
  • To complete desk research
  • To produce reports on campaign success and highlight where improvements can be made
  • Updating client CRM and pipelines
  • Data pulls, selecting the relevant audiences
  • Cleansing data
  • To produce contact reports/notes and follow up emails as required
